In December of 2005, Paul Jerome, the President and CEO of Dreamray joined the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), Emerging Business Council (EBC) committee. In one of his first meetings, they discussed putting together a presentation to be distributed at the approaching Super Summitt conducted annually in March by the EBC. The EBC's focuses on technology and the use of technology through emerging businesses. In the meeting Paul heard something he felt would not properly represent the committe, in which they were thinking of using out dated technology to bring the message at the event. Paul recommended the use of TV Presentation. After approval, Paul, in addition to BJ Farmer President and Founder of Citoc, with Jeff Mosley, the President of the GHP, combined the efforts with the resources of Dreamray to put together the presentation in a way unparalled in not only previous EBC events, but in all of the previous GHP events.
